We are located at two sites in Hull - Wheeler Street in the west and Park Health Centre in the East. Please be reassured that the NHS is here for you during the Covid-19 emergency. Our website contains full details of support in primary care and a wide range of other organisations.
People aged 70 and over who have not yet been vaccinated against Covid and who would like to be are being asked to contact the NHS to arrange a jab.
Until now the NHS has asked people to wait until they are contacted to help ensure that those who are most vulnerable are protected first - and that remains the case for most people.
If you are in an eligible group the easiest way to arrange a vaccination is through the national booking service which can be accessed at https://www.nhs.uk/covidvaccination
The system allows patients to choose a time slot and location that suits them. The number of locations will increase over the coming weeks and months.
Anyone unable to book online can call 119 free of charge, anytime between 7am and 11pm seven days a week.
If, for those in an eligible group, a suitable and convenient slot is not available people can also contact their GP practice.
Our staff are working extremely hard to care for you so please be patient. Thank you for your continued support.
The NHS will get in touch when it's your turn to be vaccinated.

As the country takes cautious steps out of lockdown, in order to help prevent a large resurgence in cases, please follow the latest government guidelines
It is important that patients report adverse reactions and events in relation the medicines, vaccines or medical devices to the Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency. This will be key in the case of the deployment of covid-19 vaccinations. However, any reaction to any medicine that has been used for patients with covid-19 should be reported. There is also a seperate reporting tool for non-covid adverse reactions.
